You can manage FeedComp recipes on the Adjustments screen. Active recipes are displayed by default. Tap the Inactive filter to see more.

Expand the sections below to learn more:

Tap Create Recipe at the bottom of the screen. Enter the recipe details, and then tap Save at the bottom of the screen.

TIP: You can also select Create as Premix and enter the Load Tolerance to create a premix recipe. For example, a premix containing high mineral content ingredients can be created and added to other recipes.

Tap the recipe to update, and then tap Edit Recipe at the bottom of the screen. From here, you can change the recipe details, and:

  1. Tap the recipe to update.
  2. Tap Edit Recipe at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap + Add/Edit Ingredient at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Select each ingredient you want to add to the recipe.
    IMPORTANT: A weighback ingredient must be the first ingredient selected when adding ingredients for a recipe's loading sequence. If a weighback ingredient is not the first ingredient selected in the recipe, the ingredient will not be available when creating a filler load. See Create New Ingredient to learn how to create a weighback ingredient, or see Filler Load to learn how to use a weighback ingredient in a filler load.
  5. Tap Save and Continue at the bottom of the screen.
  6. If multiple ingredients were selected, tap and hold on an ingredient, drop it into a new ingredient order, and then tap Next at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Enter the ingredient details, and then tap Add at the bottom of the screen.
    NOTE: If multiple ingredients were selected, Add is disabled until details are added for all ingredients.
  8. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen.
  1. Tap the recipe to assign ingredients.
  2. Tap Edit Recipe at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap + Add/Edit Ingredient at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Select each ingredient you want to add to the weighback.
    IMPORTANT: A weighback ingredient must be the first ingredient selected when adding ingredients for a recipe's loading sequence. If a weighback ingredient is not the first ingredient selected in the recipe, the ingredient will not be available when creating a filler load. See Create New Ingredient to learn how to create a weighback ingredient, or see Filler Load to learn how to use a weighback ingredient in a filler load.
  5. Tap Save and Continue at the bottom of the screen.

To adjust the ingredient mixing order for a recipeClosed A combination of ingredients used to make feed for animals:

  1. Tap on the recipe to update the ingredient order.
  2. Tap Edit Recipe at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap + Add/Edit Ingredient at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Select each ingredient you want to assign to the recipe.
  5. Tap Save and Continue at the bottom of the screen.
  6. If multiple ingredients were selected, tap and hold on an ingredient, drop it into a new ingredient order, and then tap Next at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Enter the ingredient details, and then tap Add at the bottom of the screen.
    NOTE: If multiple ingredients were selected, Add is disabled until details are added for all ingredients.
  8. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen

To assign alternate recipe options that can replace a recipe if the original recipe can't be made:

  1. Tap the recipe to assign as an alternate.
  2. Tap Assign Alternate Recipe.
  3. Tap the recipe to assign as an alternate.
  4. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen.
  1. Tap the recipe to inactivate.
  2. Tap Edit Recipe at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap Deactivate at the top right of the screen.
  1. Tap the recipe to activate.
  2. Tap Reactivate at the bottom of the screen.
TIP: Don't see the recipe? Be sure to tap the Inactive filter at the top of the page.

Options to search and filter the recipes list are available at the top of the screen.
